Over the course of his career with the health care network CHRISTUS Health, Paul Generale has held numerous leadership positions at its various offices and medical centers in Dallas, Houston, and Santa Fe, New Mexico. Currently, he is the executive vice president and chief strategy and network officer at the Dallas County-based headquarters of CHRISTUS Health. In 2014, Paul Generale was recognized as one of the top hospital CFOs in the United States by Becker’s Hospital Review.

Previously, he served as a financial executive with CHRISTUS Health at hospitals and offices in Santa Fe and Houston. He joined CHRISTUS Health System in 1998 as a project manager at CHRISTUS St. John Hospital in Houston.

A fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives, he belongs to the Healthcare Financial Management Association. In addition to his work in the health care industry, Paul Generale imparted his business knowledge to students in a strategy presentation for an executive master of business administration class at the University of Miami.
